The FL-222D Overflow Filling Machine is best suitable for liquids from low to medium viscosity, and also ideally used to fill very foamy products at high speed. This machine is designed with double lane conveyor to boost the production speed with a "no waiting time" system. The servo system is used for height and width adjustments, and changeover can easily be done on the HMI.
The double lane filling stations enable the machines to have high performances while being cost effective. User-friendly design allows the operators to have an easy time operating and maintaining the machine.
The flexibility of the design allows customers to choose from 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, or 16 of nozzles to be applied on the machine. Applicable products include shampoos, foamy chemicals, cleansers, sauces, syrups, light gels and much more.
